Habian Rodriguez was hit and killed by a city bus at a busy Queens intersection. He was riding his bike north along Main St. in Flushing before the 6:45 a.m. accident, police said.
Just before Rodriguez reached the service road of the Horace Harding Expressway, his bike clipped the left side of a city bus that was also heading north on Main St., police said. An FDNY ambulance rushed him to New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens where he was declared dead on arrival. The bus driver was not arrested or issued a summons, police said.
