A ghost bike was installed by friends in memory Jacobo Villano Pardo near where fatally crashed into a park bench [according to the NYPD] on the West Side Greenway in Hudson River Park at 99th street.
White balloons were attached to a nearby bench. According to a sign attached to the ghost bike, Jacobo was born August 13, 1990 in Tlapa de Comonfort, Guerrero, Mexico. The sign also gives a telephone number for those who would like to donate (see photo 2).

Man Dies On UWS After Crashing E-Bike Into Riverside Park Bench: NYPD
Jacobo Villano Pardo, 32, died Tuesday after his bike crashed while riding on
the Henry Hudson Parkway bike lane near 94th Street, PD said.
A man died Tuesday after his e-bike crashed into a park bench along the Henry Hudson Parkway on the
Upper West Side, police said.
Officers responded to a call around 5 p.m. along the Henry Hudson Parkway
(Westside Highway) bike lane near West 94th Street, to find a
32-year-old man with head trauma lying on the cement, police said.
He was rushed to Mount Sinai Morningside, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
