Mark Walter Anderson of rural Clay County died tragically
when a van hit Mark from behind near Spencer, Iowa. He was riding his
bike as he did many a morning. This time he did not return.
Mark was riding in the same direction of the van and was wearing a helmet as required by law. Law enforcement noted that he was riding lawfully at the edge of his lane.
His family placed a ghost bike at that location.
Rest in Peace Mark.
