Jeremy Morales was killed in East Flatbush at the corner of Church and Nostrand after a driver hit him and drove off, according to Gothamist.

30-year-old Jeremy Morales, was crossing Nostrand Avenue while riding
west on Church Avenue when he was hit by the driver of a silver Nissaan
Infiniti at around 8:30 a.m. on Saturday morning, police said. The
driver then fled the scene, and reportedly continued driving recklessly down Nostrand Avenue.

"A gentleman was driving the bike and the driver [of the car] was very fast,” a nearby deli worker told the Post.
“He hit him. He flew like 30 feet in the air. … I ran over. He never
moved. He died right away….I heard the sound when the car pushed him and
[the driver] fled."

"I think the bike was for his daughter," the source added. "It was a small, pink bike."

Police told Pix11 that there was a man and woman in the car.

Morales was taken to Kings County Hospital Center, where he died.

A description of the driver is not yet available, though police said
that the vehicle has damage to the hood, windshield and sunroof area and
is missing the Infiniti emblem on the vehicles front grill.
